Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of SubmitLists (submitlists.com), including the lists, your account and the tracking tools. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What SubmitLists is

SubmitLists is a free, curated set of lists of third-party websites where you can submit or list a startup, product, service or business: launch platforms, software, AI and service directories, and local business listings. For each site we show information such as estimated traffic, rankings, pricing and how easy it is to get approved.

2. Information on the lists

Figures come from third-party data providers and from our own review. Estimates can be wrong, and sites change their policies, prices and approval rules at any time. The lists are provided for general information only. Always check a site yourself before you submit, especially before paying for anything.

3. Third-party sites

The sites on our lists are run by others. We are not affiliated with them unless we say so, and we don't control or endorse them. Their own terms, privacy policies and fees apply when you use them. We don't guarantee that any site will accept your submission, or that a listing will bring traffic, users, links or rankings. Any dealings you have with a third-party site, including payments, are between you and that site.

4. Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Accounts are for one person. You can have up to 10 projects.
• You must be at least 16 to create an account.
• You can stop using the site at any time, and ask us to delete your account at [email protected].

5. Acceptable use

Please don't:

• scrape, crawl or copy the lists in bulk by automated means, or republish or resell them as your own dataset;
• overload, probe, attack or try to get around the site's security, rate limits or spam protection;
• create accounts with fake or disposable email addresses, or use someone else's details;
• use the site or our forms to send spam, or for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful.

We may limit, suspend or close access for anyone who breaks these rules or puts the site or its users at risk.

6. Ownership

The selection, arrangement, ratings, notes, design and code of SubmitLists belong to us. You may use the lists for your own submissions and share links to our pages. Names, logos and trademarks of listed sites belong to their owners and are shown only to identify them. Third-party data remains subject to its providers' terms.

7. Suggestions

If you suggest a site or send feedback, you allow us to use it to improve SubmitLists without any obligation to you. We decide what is listed, and listing is not guaranteed.

8. Disclaimer

SubmitLists is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

9. No liability

SubmitLists is a free service. To the fullest extent the law allows, we accept no liability of any kind for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, from relying on its information, or from any third-party site you find through it. This includes direct, indirect and consequential losses, and lost profits, revenue, data or opportunities. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes to the site and these terms

We may change, pause or discontinue any part of the site. We may also update these terms; we'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll tell account holders by email. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
